Another fantasic Ingleborough time trial! Despite windy conditions, outstanding rides from the country’s top cyclists saw records tumble on the Circuit of Igleborough course.
2025 RTTC National Road Bike Champions
Alex Pickering – Open Champion
Alex Pickering of Ride Revolution Coaching, set a new course road bike record of 1:01:55, all the more impressive for being done in poor conditions. This raises the possibility of a road bike beating the hour on a better day.
Joanna Brewis – Female Champion
Joanna set a new road bike record for the course a month earlier in the Circuit of Ingleborough. On her way to becoming the National Champion with 1:11:19, she went one better, setting a new course record outright, beating by over a minute the record that had stood since the year 2000.
Roch Morgan – Junior Open Champion
16 year old Roch Morgan, riding for Derby Mercury RC, set a new course record in the junior road bike categoty of 1:08:09.
Ella Greenall – Junior Female Champion
Ella Greenall of 360Cycling became the Junior Female National Champion with 1:27:08. Ella was also a recipient of the three TT award for completing the Circuit of Ingleborough, the Circuit of the Dales and the National Road Bike Championship.
